Terms & Conditions

By registering to participate in the Titan Cup, all players, team officials, and attendees agree to the following terms:

1. Media Release

  • By registering, you give full consent for Titan Cup to photograph and film players and teams during the event.
  • We reserve the right to use these photos and videos across all Titan Cup digital channels, including but not limited to:
    • Our website
    • Social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • If you don’t want to be in the spotlight, don’t register.

2. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must adhere to the NSW Football Code of Conduct and the Titan Cup Code of Behaviour.
  • Any player, team, coach, parent, or spectator failing to uphold respectful and appropriate conduct will be removed from the competition immediately, no refunds, no arguments.

3. Disqualification & Removal

  • We reserve the right to remove any individual or team from the tournament at our sole discretion, especially if:
    • You act like a tool
    • You ignore official instructions
    • You create issues for referees, staff, or other teams
  • This includes unsportsmanlike behaviour, abuse, threats, or general crap behaviour.

4. Payment Policy

  • All teams must be fully paid up by 30th June of the relevant tournament year.
  • Failure to finalise payment by this date means you’re out. No spot will be held, no exceptions.

5. Acceptance of Rules

  • By entering a team into the Titan Cup, you confirm that:
    • You have read, understood, and agreed to all tournament rules, terms, and conditions.
    • You accept any rulings made by tournament officials or Titan Cup management as final.
