FAQS
It starts on the 10th and completes on the 12th of October.
With Under 7s playing from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
All other age groups playing sequentially throughout the day.
With Under 13s playing from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Finals are played on the 12th of October at Melita Stadium.
For every registered team a technical director and a manager will be allocated a dedicated parking spot.
All other parking will be unallocated and in public areas.
Areas available for public parking:
– Boundary Rd. Everley Park
– Princes Park
– Progress Park
For every academy registered, they are in the running to win the major cup. All wins from all age groups are recorded and for every win each team accumulates 3 points and a single point for a draw.
The academy that has accumulated the highest amount of points at the end of the tournament will be awarded the Titan Cup.
There are AGE cup champions.
For the 7 best players of each age group an additional trophy will be awarded
Trophies will be awarded on the 12th of October.
There will be food trucks and coffee trucks on-site. For all 3 days.
Food & beverages will not be included in any ticket pricing.
Every registered academy will be given a designated area on the oval. A plaque will help identify which areas your academy has been allocated to.
This is to be strictly enforced:
Every player from every team will have to register with the organising team and receive a wristband.
All RAE players must evidence date of birth and be signed-off by the management committee to be made eligible.
Conditions:
RAEs must be born between 1st August and 31st December of their respective year.
For Under 7s: 01/01/2018 – 31/12/2018
For Under 8s: 01/01/2017 – 31/12/2017
For Under 9s: 01/01/2016 – 31/12/2016
For Under 10s: 01/01/2015 – 31/12/2015
For Under 11s: 01/01/2014 – 31/12/2014
For Under 12s: 01/01/2013 – 31/12/2013
For Under 13s: 01/01/2012 – 31/12/2012
We are aware of the importance of security and we will be providing the following:
– Seperation of players from parents
– Seperation of players from spectators
– Seperation of coaches
– Designated referee areas
– Areas for players to warm-up
– Permanent on-site security officers on all playing fields
